Log onto your cPanel (http://www.yourdomain.com/cpanel).

1) Click Mail Manager.
2) Click Add/Remove Mail Accounts.
3) Click Add Account.
4) Type a name, select the domain from the drop down combo and enter the preferred password. The quota may be set to a specific amount or to "unlimited" or left blank (which also represents no quota).
5) Click Create.
